About Us

Astute Property International is an Irish company that aims to provide its clients with a customised property investment service. The company was established initially in 2003 by Paul Egan and his wife Jale Gultekin in an effort to better service clients purchasing properties in Jale's home country Turkey. Since then their company has expanded its investment portfolio to include countries such as Poland, France, Bulgaria, Spain, and the Caribbean.

Astute Property International works with two main types of clients, end property buyers and investors. With the former the primary product is sourced with a focus on the business model. This means that the basic numbers and cash flows must make sense from the start. With investors, Astute Property works to find exclusive deals not typically available on the open market and works directly with the seller. Overall, Astute Property's aim is to provide the client with a tailored property investment service with the emphasis on matching the client's needs with investment options.

Clients are well advised to work with a reputable agency and/or an independent lawyer to help ensure a sound investment and peace of mind. As a member of NAEA (the National Association of Estate Agents), a regulatory body which enforces standards and regulations on its members, in a largely unregulated industry, Astute Property is proactively establishing business standards that work to protect its investors.
